The Jets got down to business Tuesday with a division rival.

The Bills are acquiring Jets cornerback Brandon Codrington in exchange for a late-round 2026 pick swap, The Post’s Brian Costello confirmed.

A North Carolina Central product, Codrington signed with the Jets in May as an undrafted free agent following the team’s rookie minicamp.

He shined in the preseason as a returner and had a 63-yard kickoff return against the Panthers earlier this month, as well as a 31-yard punt return.

“Definitely seized his opportunities,” Jets coach Robert Saleh said of Codrington postgame. “I think he was, for both teams, the most productive. He set up a couple of scoring drives. That’s what he’s here for. That’s why we brought him in, his punt return and kick return ability. I thought he did a really nice job tonight.”

The news of the in-division trade comes as NFL teams trim their rosters to 53 before the 4 p.m. deadline Tuesday.

The Jets will host the Bills on “Monday Night Football” on Oct. 14 before traveling to Buffalo on Dec. 29.
