The Giants have a new kicker.

With Graham Gano out a few weeks after suffering a hamstring injury on the opening kickoff of Sunday’s 21-18 loss to the Commanders, the Giants signed Greg Joseph off of the Lions’ practice squad on Tuesday, Joseph’s agent Brett Tessler wrote on X.

Joseph, 30, was the Vikings’ kicker the last three seasons, making 83 of 101 field-goal attempts during that span.

He joined the Lions’ practice squad last week after he was cut by the Packers last month.

Joseph previously had stints with the Browns and Titans.

In 2022, Joseph nailed a 61-yard field goal as time expired to give the Vikings a 27-24 win over the Giants on Christmas Eve before the Giants got revenge in the wild-card round.

Gano entered Sunday’s game with a groin issue before suffering the hamstring injury on the first play.

Punter Jamie Gillan missed an extra-point attempt on the Giants’ first touchdown and was not trusted to handle any kicks the rest of the game.

The Giants opted not to elevate kicker Jude McAtamney off the practice squad despite Gano’s groin problem.
