PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (-4.5) over Green Bay Packers

The Eagles just may be the hottest team entering the postseason.

Since their Week 5 week, only an otherworldly performance from Jayden Daniels and an early head injury to Jalen Hurts was able to take Philadelphia down.

Not only have the Eagles won 12 of their past 13 games, they’ve done it in convincing fashion – all but one of those wins came by fewer than five points.

Not only are the Packers limping into January with a hurt Jordan Love and losses in three of their past five games, but their 11-6 record is much less impressive than it appears, with just three wins against winning teams.

Even those wins — against the Rams, Texans and Seahawks — weren’t that convincing.

Though there are questions about Hurts’ recovery from a concussion, although he was cleared to play officially Friday, Love’s lingering elbow issues are arguably more concerning for this game, specifically.

While we shouldn’t put too much stock into these teams’ slippery field September matchup in Brazil, the Eagles did get the win in that game, 34-29.

Dealing with the Philly crowd isn’t going to be easy, either – they’ve only lost one game at Lincoln Financial field this season, a fluky Week 2 loss to the Falcons thanks to a dropped catch by Saquon Barkley and a game-winning drive from now-backup Kirk Cousins.

Betting on the NFL?

We shouldn’t be much stock in that game either.

Bet on the home team to take care of business relatively easily.
