Titans head coach Brian Callahan said Hopkins is aiming to return in Week 1 when the Titans take on the Chicago Bears on Sept. 8, according to team reporter Jim Wyatt.
Hopkins caught 75 passes for 1,057 yards and seven touchdowns in 2023 for the Titans in his first season with the team.
The Titans face the Saints in their preseason finale in New Orleans on Sunday.
