The fiancée of Browns rookie Michael Hall Jr. has reportedly recanted the most serious allegations from a case in which she accused him of domestic violence earlier this month.

According to NBC affiliate WKYC, Hall’s fiancée told a prosecutor in Avon, Ohio, that she was “mistaken” when she accused Hall of having threatened her when he “pressed the firearm against her temple.”

Hall and his fiancée share a baby together, and the domestic dispute earlier this month allegedly arose over an argument about finances for a child she had from a previous relationship.

Hall’s fiancée had alleged that the Browns’ defensive lineman had told her that “I will f–king end it all. I don’t care,” as he pressed a gun up against her head.

The 21-year-old Hall pleaded not guilty to domestic violence charges.

Hall’s fiancée had also told police that Hall ordered her to leave the house before grabbing her feet and pulling her back down the driveway.

The accuser’s mother also provided a written statement to police saying that Hall had choked her daughter and hit her in the head with a baby bottle.

Police who arrived at the scene reported “several indicators of a physical altercation,” and observed two firearms on a mattress in the bedroom.

The WKYC report also revealed that Hall’s fiancée had been charged in a separate dispute in which she allegedly struck Hall in the head with a glass bottle.

The charges were dropped when Hall declined to testify for prosecutors.

The Browns selected Hall in the second round with the 54th overall of this year’s draft after he starred at Ohio State.
