Bailey Zappe might want to brush up on Taylor Swift’s music.

After being released by the Patriots at Tuesday’s roster cuts deadline, the quarterback landed a deal with the Chiefs’ practice squad, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz.

The 25-year-old Zappe reposted the report on his Instagram Story on Wednesday.

Zappe was beat out by veteran Jacoby Brissett and rookies Drake Maye and Joe Milton III in New England’s quarterback room.

He didn’t make the Patriots’ 53-man roster after his play diminished in three preseason games.

He completed 15 of 25 passing attempts for 137 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions.

Zappe, a former Western Kentucky Hilltopper, will now take his talents to Kansas City, where the spotlight is more prominent these days thanks to Swift, who’s dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

All eyes will be on the Chiefs, led by two-time NFL MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes, as they chase a third straight Super Bowl title after beating the Eagles and 49ers in 2023 and 2024, respectively.

Veteran Carson Wentz is Mahomes’ backup.

Zappe, whom the Patriots selected in the fourth round (137th overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft, was named the third-string quarterback that season behind Mac Jones and backup Brian Hoyer.

He won his first two career starts in Weeks 5 and 6 of the 2022 season when Jones was injured.

He also replaced Jones in a Week 7 loss to the Bears.

That small sample size earned Zappe the backup job behind Jones entering the 2023 season.

Zappe went 2-4 as the starter and the Patriots finished 4-13 last season.

In 14 career games, Zappe went 192 of 304 on his passing attempts for 2,053 yards with 11 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

New England then parted ways with head coach Bill Belichick after 24 seasons and six Super Bowl titles together.
