Rodriguez, who spent 12 seasons with the Yankees and won the World Series in 2009, returned to The Bronx on Saturday for the team’s Old-Timers’ Day.
“It is my first time back and I’m excited to be back. I’m very proud of my time in New York and I’m very proud to be a part of a championship team,” said Rodriguez, who tallied 351 home runs, 1,096 RBIs and batted .283 during his time in pinstripes.
Rodriguez’s appearance at Yankee Stadium comes weeks after he and Cordeiro galavanted in Europe during a dream summer getaway.
The couple was seen strolling on the beach in Sardinia, Italy, in late July.
Rodriguez has leaned on Cordeiro as part of his health journey, telling The Post in April how “she’s been a good influence with me.”
“I’ve been working hard and trying to stay in shape, and continuing to try to copy some of her great work ethic and health and wellness practices,” Rodriguez said at the time.
Rodriguez made his relationship with Cordeiro public in December 2022.
They got together following his split from fitness expert Kathryne Padgett.
Before that, Rodriguez was engaged to Jennifer Lopez.
